Went to strength fusion class tonight at Core and sweated my arse off...it felt so good! I did have a couple of moments where breathing was difficult, but I'm still here! Have to get away from the one bigger meal of the day, and try to break it up into 4-6 smaller chunks. It's so hard to change that habit. Getting breakfast in is huge for me though, so I am proud of that.
Moved all of the furniture around today, into all different rooms. It's an illness, I think. I do love it, though :)
I'm grateful for Shari, that she has gotten me hooked on Ali's class at CORE, I think it will be huge in helping me feel better.
Also went to see Dr. B today for an adjustment. He suggested I do a blood test to check my inflammations...brought the kit home and will try to get that sent in next weekend.
I am self-proclaimed foodaholic of the not always healthy variety...After YEARS of reading a multitude of books, meeting with nutrition experts from all walks of life, I have now decided to try and take this information that has accumulated in my brain and put it to use! I hope to share my experiences, good and bad, along the way!

Still not feeling 100%, a little queasy. Did go to CORE tonight to exercise and that helped...sweated out some of the yuck, I hope. Wasn't hungry when I got home, but drank lots of water.

L: Skipped, wasn't feeling well
D: Noodle soup, 1/2 bagel
Wasn't feeling great this weekend...ending up eating WAY more carbs than I should, but sometimes that feels like what the belly needs. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. No exercise today

Welcome!
Welcome to my first post. This blog is basically for me, but if you've stumbled upon it somehow, WELCOME! I am on a journey of my own doing to try and create new habits with the information that I have accumulated over my lifetime having to do with diet and exercise. I will mainly use this blog to track my food, look at my habits and how they affect how I feel.
In my house I have two young boys, a husband and two furry cats. The cats are the easiest to cook for out of that group. My boys, much to my chagrin have become very picky about what they eat...and what they'd prefer to eat is crap. Anything with sugar, dyes and tastes delightful to their taste buds.
